Seeking a Full-stack Developer with Business Analysis and Healthcare Industry Knowledge. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing software solutions for our clients in the healthcare industry. You will be involved in the full software development life cycle, from requirements gathering and analysis, to design, implementation, testing, deployment, and maintenance.

– Requirements gathering with stakeholders
– In-depth business analysis
– Functional and technical documentation
– Agile Ceremonies (ex. Retrospective, Sprint Demo, Backlog Grooming/Refinement etc.)
– Full life-cycle software development with both batch and full-stack programming
– Azure DevOps (CI/CD)
– Healthcare Data Exchange (HL7 FHIR)
– QA
– Deployment

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development, with healthcare industry experience
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• In-depth understanding of software development life cycle and business analysis techniques
• Experience with data modeling and database design
• Expertise in Rest API development and QA/testing
• Knowledge of HL7, FHIR, and EDI standards for healthcare data exchange
• Proficiency in Full-stack Development using ASP.NET, C#, IIS, HTML, CSS, Javascript, jQuery, AJAX, and JSON
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps and Kanban board management
• Experience with Console/Batch Programming
• Knowledge of Netsmart MyAvatar products is a plus
• Experience managing, leading, architecting, developing, and implementing a software development project end-to-end going through the entire SDLC with minimum supervision and instructions.
