– Skill knowledge of public Cloud services such as Azure, AWS, GCP

– Proven work experience with security remediation measures for maintaining and improving health ratings
– Proven work experience with in software deployments and maintain updates for compliance
– Proven work experience with Tanium for patch management, software deployments, and reporting
– Proven work experience with VMware vSphere
– Hands-on experience in analyzing memory dumps for root cause analysis and / or propose and implement fixes
– Hands-on experience in writing business and technical documents and flowcharts
– Hands-on experience in developing and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures and running Book documentation.
– Proven work experience with Advanced knowledge on Microsoft server technologies, IIS, SCCM, Powershell, and Ansible
– Proven work experience with performing systems analysis of procedures, recommend, and implementing solutions to improve systems processes
– Hands-on experience in setup, configuring, and fine-tuning applications and systems monitoring and notifications with Microsoft Systems Configuration Operations Manager (SCOM)
– Hands-on experience in troubleshooting and identifying hardware and software problems in a timely manner; resolving routine problems and researching resources to identify solutions
– Proven work experience with Compliance and Governance in understanding (PCI, PII, HIPAA, DFARS)
– Hands-on experience in system design, configuration, and test computer hardware, networking software and operating system software

– Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field from an accredited college
– Microsoft certifications, Azure, AWS, or GCP certifications
